Black Friday offer

With the rise in popularity by many retailers in special offers, for what has become known as Black Friday, this year we thought we’d join in to but with a slight twist!

On Black Friday anyone donating to Musically Gifted at £50 or more will receive a free copy of our Songs of the Sky CD (usually £10) alongside the usual benefits. The recording brings together music especially written for, and commissioned by, Britten Sinfonia and features works by Steve Martland, Huw Watkins, Tarik O’Regan, Jason Yarde and John Tavener.

Our Musically Gifted campaign enables individuals to support the creation of new music from as little as £10. In return you can get your name in the score of your chosen work plus many more benefits dependent on your level of support. All you have to do is visit www.musicallygifted.org.uk, select which composer you’d like to support and complete the online donation form. You can also opt to ‘gift’ your support to a friend or relative. Composers currently available to support are Mark-Anthony Turnage, Francisco Coll, Elena Langer and Timo Andres.

Avoid the consumer mayhem and do something a bit different this Black Friday – help support the creation of new music.
