Job Vacancy: Learning & Participation Producer

Britten Sinfonia is seeking an outstanding individual to lead its wide-ranging, innovative and ambitious Learning & Participation programme. Working closely with the CEO/Artistic Director and other Senior Management colleagues, the successful applicant will bring their flair, passion for music engagement – in its broadest sense – and delivery skills to this integral role.

The Learning & Participation Producer co-manages two Production Assistants (1 x FTE, job-sharing in the Concerts/L&P department) and a wide pool of freelance artists, facilitators, presenters and animateurs.
