Summary

Following their 2016 BBC Proms appearance together, Britten Sinfonia and Steven Isserlis under the baton of Thomas Adès once again perform Adès own Lieux retrouves in the prestigious ZaterdagMatinee series at Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw. Nicolas Hodges also joins the orchestra on stage for Gerald Barry’s Piano Concerto and the programme is completed with works by Prokofiev and Stravinsky.
