RETURNED TICKETS POLICY

Please note that this policy relates only to events where Britten Sinfonia itself is selling tickets via Ticketsource. Where tickets are being sold via other venues, different policies may be in place.

For events being sold via Britten Sinfonia’s Ticketsource account, refunds will only be returned tickets if the event is sold out and a refund is requested at least 36 hours before the event. Ticketsource offers the opportunity to buy insurance protecting your booking for a small fee.
